People Incorporated is seeking an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist for part-time work in Massachusetts. The role involves delivering home-based OT services to birth–3 children, completing assessments, and guiding families using IFSP in their homes, daycares, and community settings.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, mentor OT students, and help families access resources, advocacy, and support. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in MA is required/preferred.
• Experience with sensory processing, feeding issues, or prematurity is a plus.

Part Time | Monday–Friday NO holidays or weekends!

$35.00 - $43.00 / Hour + Incentives (Based on 40 hours/week)

Are you passionate about early childhood development? Want to use your OT skills to truly make a difference? At People Incorporated, you’ll join a dynamic, family-centered Early Intervention team supporting children (birth–3 years) with developmental delays in their natural environments—homes, daycares, and the community.

What You’ll do:

• Deliver home-based OT services and assessments

• Guide families using the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)

• Collaborate with a caring, multi-disciplinary team

• Support families with insight, advocacy, and resources

• Mentor OT students and assistants

What You'll Need:

• Licensed OT in MA

• Experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity (preferred)

• Strong communicator & team player

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.

• Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.

• Early Intervention experience is preferred
