Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist (Fee for Service) to provide in-home OT services to children birth to age 3 in Massachusetts. Flexible schedule, Monday–Friday, no holidays or weekends, with competitive hourly pay.

You will support families and caregivers, work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, and ensure safety with required certifications. This role emphasizes impact in the home and community.

Qualifications

• MA Licensure as a Occupational (Allied Health Board)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.
• Current CPR, First Aid certification.

$58/hr – Home Visits
$70/hr – Assessments
$27/hr – Meetings
