Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to join a full-time team in Fall River, MA. Work Monday–Friday, no holidays or weekends, delivering home-based OT services for birth–3 children in natural environments.

Salary is $35.00-$43.00 per hour with incentives for a 40-hour week. Applicants must be licensed OT in MA, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass background checks and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in MA.
• Experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity is preferred.
• Early Intervention experience preferred.

Are you passionate about early childhood development? Want to use your OT skills to truly make a difference? At People Incorporated, you’ll join a dynamic, family-centered Early Intervention team supporting children (birth–3 years) with developmental delays in their natural environments—homes, daycares, and the community.

What You’ll do

• Deliver home-based OT services and assessments
• Guide families using the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
• Collaborate with a caring, multi-disciplinary team
• Support families with insight, advocacy, and resources
• Mentor OT students and assistants

What You'll Need

• Licensed OT in MA
• Experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity (preferred)
• Strong communicator & team player
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.
• Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.
• Early Intervention experience is preferred
