Job summary

State of Colorado’s Early Childhood Department is seeking a Service Coordinator for EI Colorado in Denver. You will manage referrals, conduct intake, and coordinate multidisciplinary evaluations for infants and toddlers with developmental needs.

The role requires culturally responsive engagement with families and collaboration across EI entities and state programs to deliver high-quality early childhood services.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of full-time professional work experience in related fields (e.g., psychology, sociology, social work, public policy, public administration, human services, education, early childhood).
• Must have two (2) years of professional experience as a service coordinator, in a call center, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Receive referrals via the EI Colorado Referral Line, fax, and online referrals through the EI Salesforce data system.
• Schedule evaluations and coordinate multidisciplinary evaluation activities.
• Serve as liaison to assigned EI entities to ensure smooth transitions and timely services.
