County of Northampton is seeking a Caseworker 2 – Early Intervention Service Coordinator to deliver intensive casework for children birth to three with delays or risk factors. You will conduct home visits, participate in MDT teams, and help develop IFSPs and transition plans within the Early Intervention program.

The role requires meticulous recordkeeping in PELICAN, adherence to regulatory timelines, and collaboration with families, providers, and supervisors.
