Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN license as described.
• Prefer at least one year of experience with children under three with delays or disabilities.
• Experience in case management and writing/implementing multidisciplinary service plans.
• Excellent communication and ability to work cooperatively with diverse people.
• Position includes home visits and requires a valid driver's license.
• Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of an early intervention program for infants and toddlers birth to age 3 with developmental delays or diagnosed conditions.
• Provide assessment, linkage, and advocacy services to those enrolled in Part C Early Intervention Services in Franklin Co.
• Conduct home visits and collaborate with families and professionals to support child development.
