Job summary

Region Ten CSB seeks a dedicated Case Manager for Early Intervention to support infants and toddlers (birth to 3) in Charlottesville and surrounding counties. You will coordinate eligibility, serve as the primary contact for families, and connect them with services and rights under IDEA Part C, collaborating with parents, schools, therapists and other professionals.

Strong knowledge of child development, family-centered practice, and capacity-building strategies is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field meeting Virginia Part C requirements.
• Minimum 1–2 years in human services with families or children.
• Experience coordinating services and working with multiple professionals.

Responsibilities

• The Case Manager initiates contact with families and coordinates eligibility determination.
• Serves as the single point of contact for families while providing case management.
• Coordinates and facilitates services under Part C of IDEA.
• Supports families in developing capacity and promoting child development.
