Job summary

Middle Peninsula Northern Neck Behavioral Health (MPNN BH) is seeking a dedicated professional to implement early intervention services for infants and toddlers within the CSB catchment area. You will identify children in need, help implement individualized family service plans, and advocate for families to access therapies and resources.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, ensuring timelines required by Part C are met, and collaborating with staff, families, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in early childhood education or related field and/or 1–2 years' experience in early childhood and/or family services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental screenings and coordinate Plan of Care for infants/toddlers.
• Coordinate family assessment per Part C requirements.
• Coordinate services and assist families in securing needed services.
• Consult with staff, therapy providers, and consultants on intervention strategies.
