Job summary

Little Masters Development Center in New York is hiring compassionate professionals to provide play-based ABA services to toddlers aged 2–3 in the child’s home. You’ll work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized ABA programs and help families meet developmental goals.

We serve Bronx, Queens, Manhattan and Brooklyn, offering comprehensive training, structured sessions, and opportunities for career growth, including Lead Therapist and BCBA pathways. Bi-monthly pay benefits included.

Qualifications

  • Certification or LMSW required.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English communication with families and children.
  • Willingness to learn and follow clinical guidance; training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to toddlers ages 2–3.
  • Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
  • Support children's communication, social, behavioral, and developmental goals.
  • Collect and accurately record clinical data.
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking caregivers and care team.
  • Collaborate with BCBA, OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.

Little Masters Development Center is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals who want more than just a job—they want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families while building a rewarding career in early intervention and ABA.

You’ll work with toddlers ages 2–3, providing individualized, play-based ABA services in the child's home.

We are currently providing services to families in the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn.

Required Qualifications:
  • Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children and Spanish- and English-speaking families
  • Passion for working with toddlers and young children
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
  • Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and follow clinical guidance
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience working with young children or families
  • Previous ABA experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support
