Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDA credential required with 6‑month attainment timeline.
• If mixed classrooms (EHS/HS), both CDAs required.
• Preferred bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Protect health and safety of children at all times.
• Assist in creating organized learning environment aligned with Head Start outcomes.
• Support implementation of prescribed curricula for language, literacy, math, and more.
• Support parent engagement activities and staff development.
