Job summary

Wonderspring, a nonprofit early childhood education organization, is seeking dedicated team members to support our Early Head Start program (ages 0-3) at our Pottstown Center. This role partners with another Co-Teacher to create a nurturing, relationship-based classroom environment.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing activities with a co-teacher, sharing all classroom duties, providing responsive caregiving, building strong relationships with families, observing development, and

Qualifications

• CDA credential for infants/toddlers or willingness to earn it with a free course.
• 2+ years of experience working with infants and toddlers.
• Strong teamwork and flexibility.
• Ability to keep information private.
• Basic knowledge of childcare rules.
• Must obtain all required clearances and a TB health assessment prior to employment.

Early Head Start Co-Teacher – Wonderspring – STAR 4 Pottstown Center (Toddler Classroom)

Pay: $17.00 per hour

About the Position
