Job summary

Eurofins PSS in Cambridge, MA is seeking a highly motivated scientist to support Early Formulation Science and Drug Delivery for preclinical studies. The role requires daily onsite presence five days a week, collaborating with group leads and client scientists to develop stage-appropriate formulations and perform basic in vitro and in silico work.

The position offers full-time 8:00am-5:00pm with overtime as needed, competitive benefits, and a pay range of $32-36/hr.

Qualifications

• MS with 2–4 years or BS with 3–6 years in relevant fields.
• Experience in pharma/biotech R&D supporting drug discovery or early development.
• Hands-on experience with small molecule drug candidates and physicochemical characterization.
• Practical experience operating and troubleshooting HPLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Predict and evaluate physicochemical properties of small molecule drug candidates.
• Develop fit-for-purpose formulations for preclinical studies.
• Perform dissolution, precipitation, and flux studies in biorelevant conditions.
• Support experiments in pharmaceutics and biopharmaceutics; data interpretation.
