Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a formulation scientist to join our biotherapeutics development team in Andover, MA. The role focuses on formulation and process development for biotherapeutic products from pre-clinical through late-stage and into commercialization, with hands-on analytical testing and data presentation.

You will perform biophysical/biochemical characterization, support lab operations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance candidate molecules.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biology or equivalent
• 4 to 6 years of industry experience with strong HPLC analysis skills
• Familiarity with biologics and analytical characterization techniques
• Must be eligible to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support development of parenteral formulations for biotherapeutic modalities.
• Perform rapid, comprehensive characterization of candidate molecules using biophysical/biochemical methods.
• Provide general lab support and maintain equipment and lab systems.
• Interact with a multidisciplinary team for formulation optimization and candidate progression
