You will educate parents, teachers, and leaders on the value of early childhood education, and bring that value to life for children in your center, using our world-class curriculum and accreditation processes.

Qualifications

• Two years of early childhood education experience required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Serve in various roles at the center as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver.
