Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our centers to success with our world-class curriculum and accreditation processes. You will educate parents, teachers, and leaders on early childhood education's value and translate that value into daily practice for children in your center.

As an Assistant Director, you will support enrollment goals, collaborate with families, and ensure operational objectives are met, while rotating into roles such as teacher,

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Serve in various roles within the center as needed (teacher, cook, driver).
