The Superintendent of Schools announces the following position within the Fall River Public School System:

Job Description: This position provides direct services to students. This position is to support and work with students under the guidance of certified classroom teachers and building administrators. The position will implement targeted strategies and work on student skills to support and assist students in reaching their academic goals.

Performance Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Planning for Student instruction
  • Collect, analyze, and monitor student data and interventions
  • Lead targeted interventions on academic instruction for small groups of students
  • Attend professional development to support instruction
  • Administer student testing and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers
  • Any other additional duties as assigned, including class coverages

Reports To: Principal

Terms of Employment: In accordance with the Fall River Educators' Association Unit B contract. Salary ranges from $38,588-$46,904, Step 1-Step 4, Associate's Degree/60 College Credits - Bachelor's Degree.
