Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, mentor, and coach your classroom team while implementing KinderCare's curriculum to meet each child's unique needs.

You will partner with families to support learning, safety, and engagement, while contributing to center goals around enrollment and quality. CPR/First Aid and a CDA credential are preferred, with state qualifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organization required.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's care and education
• Support center's success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensors, and community partners
