KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor in the classroom, delivering KinderCare's curriculum with a focus on a safe, nurturing environment. You will partner with parents to provide outstanding care and education, while supporting center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

We value experience in early childhood education and a CDA credential, plus willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and state-specific qualifications. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
