Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement the company’s curriculum, and create a nurturing classroom environment. You will partner with families to ensure the best care and education for children in our centers.

The role requires strong English communication, CDA or NAEYC credentials, CPR/First Aid, and a passion for early childhood education. This on-site position offers growth, benefits, and supportive coworkers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• State trainer credentials (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to support the best care and education for children
• Support center’s enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners
