Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to guide and mentor students in a nurturing classroom. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe learning environment, and partner with families to support each child's growth.

This role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Preferred credentials include a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, a Bachelor's in ECE, and CPR/First Aid certification. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in progress.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• English reading/writing/speaking required for parent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support child's care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Develop positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
