Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers who will directly impact children’s education by implementing our curriculum in a way that respects each child’s unique needs. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing classroom where kids can explore, play, and learn under the guidance of experienced staff.

You will collaborate with parents and center teams to support enrollment, accreditation, and overall engagement, while upholding state standards.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by working with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
