Job summary

La Clinica de Familia is seeking an Early Head Start support staffer to assist in classrooms, kitchens, and administrative tasks as needed. The role requires flexibility to cover multiple areas and maintain smooth daily operations.

Minimum qualification includes a high school diploma or equivalent; progress toward a CDA in infants & toddlers within one year is expected, with preferred CDA/AA in Early Childhood Development.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent and work towards a CDA in Infants & Toddlers, which must be completed within one year of employment.
• Completed CDA or AA Degree in Early Childhood Development, or related field, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Early Head Start staff and be prepared to cover in the classroom, kitchen, and administration as needed.
• Support front desk operations and phone coverage.
• Coordinate meals and ensure sanitation of dishes.
• Assist with screenings and assessments as required.
