Easter Seals NH, Inc. is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher I for its Londonderry center. The Teacher I will partner with Teacher II’s to develop and implement an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NH licensing and NAEYC standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and ongoing classroom improvement. The position offers a $1,000 New Hire Sign On Bonus, 40 hours per week, 7:00 am–6:00 pm scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organization and time management skills.
• Certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Early Childhood Teacher II’s on daily/weekly planning and implement age-appropriate curriculum.
• Provide a developmentally appropriate and inclusive classroom environment reflecting children’s learning.
• Perform ongoing observations and developmental evaluations to meet individual needs.
• Partner on classroom management and maintain NH CCLU and NAEYC standards.
• Communicate with families via in-person meetings, ProCare messaging, and newsletters.
