Job summary

Easter Seals New Hampshire is seeking an Associate Teacher to join our integrated-center childcare team in Manchester. You will partner with Lead Teachers to support the development and well-being of all children, engaging families and adapting activities to meet diverse needs.

The role centers on daily planning, responsive caregiving, and a safe, inclusive classroom aligned with NH licensing and NAEYC accreditation expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain 12 ECE credits with specific childcare growth/development credits within 12 months of hire.
• Must obtain NH ECD credential within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Teachers to develop weekly plans and implement age-appropriate curriculum.
• Provide responsive care and adapt routines to meet individual and group needs.
• Create an inclusive, developmentally appropriate classroom reflecting children's growth.
• Conduct ongoing developmental evaluations and follow curriculum implementation for individual needs.
• Support classroom management and maintain a safe environment per NH licensing and NAEYC accreditation.
