Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support children’s education and development. You will implement the curriculum to meet each child’s unique needs in a safe, engaging classroom setting.

You will partner with families and center staff to promote enrollment, accreditation, and student engagement while building strong community relationships and ensuring a nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum with attention to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
