Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in the United States is hiring Teachers to directly support children’s education and development. You will contribute to an engaging classroom, implement the curated curriculum, and help create a warm, inclusive setting for every child.

You’ll partner with families and center staff to ensure high-quality care, manage daily activities, and promote positive learning experiences across diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; able to multi-task.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
