Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe and engaging learning space, and collaborate with families to promote children's growth and development.

You will work with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment goals, ensure accreditation readiness, and build strong community relationships while supporting a positive learning environment for young learners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and to speak English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
