Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's development.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, community contacts and partners.
