Job summary
A regional service center in Santa Barbara is seeking a Service Coordinator II to provide advocacy and service coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, maintain communication with clients, and coordinate necessary services. A Bachelor's degree in Human Services and 2 years of experience are required. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of social and/or mental health experience.
Valid California driver’s license and transportation required.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide person-centered consultation and advocacy for individuals with disabilities.
Conduct assessments and maintain communication with individuals served.
Coordinate TCRC funded services and resources.
