Job summary
A regional service center in California is seeking a Service Coordinator I to provide person-centered consultation and coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Qualifications
Must possess a valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Ability to read/speak/write Spanish and English required.
Responsibilities
Provide person-centered consultation and service coordination.
Conduct strength-based assessments and involve families in planning.
Coordinate TCRC funded services and provide community resources.
