You will maintain records, produce reports, and contribute to a nurturing learning environment for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. The role involves coordinating programs, supervising staff, and assisting in program development while upholding COA’s standards and mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare management preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and classroom management.
• Develop and implement age‑appropriate activities.
• Maintain records and generate regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with COA policies and regulations.
• Organize events and manage learning materials.
• Serve as third‑level management when needed.
