Qualifications

• Meets state COA age requirements.
• Meets Director Designee/Group Leader qualifications as applicable.
• Experience in childcare; management or leadership preferred.
• CDA credential or pursuing CDA; or related degree.

Responsibilities

• Support daily school operations, classroom management, and staff supervision.
• Assist with implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational activities.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and required documentation.
• Help ensure compliance with state licensing, company policies, and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate school activities, field trips, and parent conferences.
• Monitor classroom supplies and resources to support effective learning environments.
• Provide leadership coverage in the absence of the School Director or Assistant Director.
