Job summary

Children of America, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator to support daily operations, oversee classroom management, and implement age-appropriate programs while ensuring compliance with COA policies and state regulations.

You will maintain records, generate reports, organize events and parent conferences, and coordinate field trips to create a nurturing and enriching learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Meets state and COA age requirement.
• Director Designee / Group Leader / Lead Teacher regulations.
• Maintains state in-service training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including classroom management and supervision.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs for children.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports regularly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Organize and manage activities and events such as field trips and parent conferences.
• Oversee use of supplies to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Serve as third-level management in the absence of the School Director or Assistant Director.
