Job summary

Save the Children is seeking a Program Aide to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with educational and social activities. This on-site role may involve travel to program sites or home visits and requires adherence to safeguarding policies.

The position supports classroom operations, meal/kitchen duties, and general program activities while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork with staff, families, and children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Certification as applicable by Head Start or childcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational, relational and social experiences for infants, toddlers and/or preschoolers.
• Report to Education & Inclusion Manager or Center Director; may travel to sites/Home visits.
• Assist with daily classroom management and other duties as needed.
