Job summary

New Horizon Academy is seeking candidates for its Early Childhood Managerial Training (ECMT) program in the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas. The program provides rotations at centers and the corporate office with mentors for leadership development in curriculum, licensing, enrollment, and parent relations.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of licensed early childhood experience; an AA degree in ECE or related field is preferred; knowledge of NAEYC accreditation requirements and

• Meet Program Administrator qualifications for NAEYC accreditation.
• Knowledge of Rule 3, NAEYC, SEEDS Ez-Write and Creative Curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of a formal training program with rotations at centers and corporate office.
• Lead in curriculum execution, licensing, enrollment processes and parent relations.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead in a diverse environment.
