Job summary

New Horizon Academy- Idaho, Inc. is offering an Early Childhood Manager in Training (ECMT) program designed to develop future leaders in early childhood education.

The program provides rotations, mentorship, and opportunities to interview for management roles such as Curriculum Coordinator, Assistant Director, and Director. Ideal candidates have childcare experience and a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field, with preparation for NAEYC accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of NAEYC accreditation requirements (Program Administrator qualifications).
• Familiarity with NAEYC, SEEDS EZ-Write and High Reach Curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director and Assistant Director with day-to-day operations.
• Conduct family tours and participate in candidate interviews.
• Teach and supervise children in the classroom.
• Participate in rotations at centers and at the corporate office with mentors/trainers.
