Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment with dignity and care for children.
• Greet children and families daily, building professional, welcoming relationships.
• Support individualized developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, following IEPs and behavior plans as directed.
• Assist Lead Teacher with planning and delivering developmentally appropriate Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow Safety and Supervision Manual; document and report accidents/incidents per policy.
• Help manage and escalate child behaviors in line with Cadence policies.
• Adhere to Cadence Education policies and Employee Handbook.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development, possibly outside regular hours.
