Job summary

Cadence Education in Phoenix seeks a Preschool Teacher for Natural Choice Academy. You will support a positive classroom, implement Cadence Signature Programs, greet families, and help meet individualized development plans.

The role requires collaboration with a Lead Teacher, adherence to licensing and safety policies, attendance at meetings, and flexible scheduling; this is a full-time position with varied hours.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum experience and education requirements for the state of employment.
• Previous experience in an early childhood or group care setting preferred.
• Must meet all state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.

Responsibilities

• Provide social/emotional, physical, cognitive support for a class of up to 22 students.
• Ensure the health and safety of the children in your care.
• Follow all State licensing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean classroom with prompt attention to child needs.
• Be able to lift and carry children.
• Complete daily care sheets.
• Assist with curriculum delivery.
• Work cooperatively and respectfully with all team members.
