Kids 'R' Kids Mableton is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (Birth – Age 5) to lead classrooms with a developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based approach in Cobb County, GA. A degree in ECE or CDA/TCC credentials are required, along with 2+ years of lead teaching experience in quality settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Pedagogical Leadership: Design and execute inquiry-based, developmentally appropriate learning experiences anchored in ECE best practices.
• Developmental Assessment: Track and document individual developmental milestones (birth–5) to tailor learning approaches and support early intervention when needed.
• Classroom Management: Establish a structured, joyful, and emotionally supportive classroom environment compliant with state (DECAL) and Quality Rated standards.

Required Qualifications

• Education & Credentials (Must meet at least ONE):
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in ECE.
• Experience: 2+ years of verified lead teaching experience in a licensed group care setting, accredited preschool, or high-quality early learning center.
• Compliance: Active GaPDS clearance (or ability to clear a comprehensive DECAL background check prior to start).
