Job summary

Kids 'R' Kids Mableton is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (Birth – Age 5) to lead classrooms with a developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based approach in Cobb County, GA. A degree in ECE or CDA/TCC credentials are required, along with 2+ years of lead teaching experience in quality settings.

We offer a competitive $25.00/hour compensation, full-time employment, and comprehensive employer-sponsored trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Active CDA or TCC credential in ECE.
• 2+ years of verified lead teaching experience in licensed settings.
• GaPDS clearance or ability to clear DECAL background check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Pedagogical Leadership: design inquiry-based, developmentally appropriate learning.
• Developmental Assessment: track milestones birth–5 to tailor learning.
• Classroom Management: create a structured, joyful, supportive environment.
• Family Engagement: build transparent, professional partnerships with families.
