Kids 'R' Kids Mableton is hiring an Early Childhood Educator for Birth–Age 5, full-time, at $25/hour. The role emphasizes developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based learning and strong family partnerships in a nurturing, standards-aligned setting.

You will lead classrooms with qualified teams, track milestones, and collaborate on curriculum while benefiting from employer-sponsored certifications, paid time off, holidays, and tuition discounts for dependents.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field.
• 2+ years of verified lead teaching experience in a licensed group care setting, accredited preschool, or high-quality early learning center.
• Active GaPDS clearance (or ability to clear a DECAL background check prior to start).

Responsibilities

• Pedagogical leadership: design and implement developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based learning.
• Track and document developmental milestones birth–5 to tailor learning approaches.
• Establish a structured, joyful classroom environment compliant with state DECAL and Quality Rated standards.
• Engage families with transparent, professional partnerships regarding child growth and daily achievements.
• Mentor colleagues to elevate teaching standards center-wide.
