You will oversee program quality, staff supervision, facilities safety, and family engagement to support children, families, and staff.

Bachelor’s in ECE (master’s preferred) and MA EEC Director II certification; minimum 5 years in ECE with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
• MA EEC Director II certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program quality, staff supervision, and family engagement.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and agency policies.
• Lead program leadership, budgeting, enrollment, and facilities management.
• Promote Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) and family partnerships.
