Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Holyoke, MA, for an Early Childhood Director. The Early Childhood Director will oversee the daily operations of the childcare center, including curriculum development, staff management, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The Director will also create and maintain a positive and safe environment for children, work closely with families, and implement educational programs that promote children's growth and development. Additional responsibilities include budget management, staff training, and community outreach.
