You will deliver both in-person and virtual supports, set PD goals with teachers, and monitor progress using established data collection and evaluation methods. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, SLP, Psychology or related field required.
• Five years of experience in early childhood teaching, coaching, and mentoring.
• Licensure or certification preferred (BCBA, school psychologist, SLP, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation to fulfill duties.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to identify professional development goals.
• Conduct observations to collect baseline and progress data for training.
• Identify evidence-based strategies to target classroom needs.
• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous coaching in physical and virtual formats.
• Collect and manage data per protocol; enter data as needed.
• Deliver trainings and workshops for early childhood educators.
• Facilitate communities of practice for participants.
• Assist in developing instructional kits for teachers and families.
• Maintain coaching logs and progress data.
• Participate in weekly project staff meetings to report progress.
