Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field.
• BCBA or related certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in autism education and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site coaching and consultation in early intervention (3-5 years) and early school-age classrooms.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of instructional practices, behavioral supports, and implementation context.
• Support the development and implementation of tiered behavioral and instructional strategies for autistic children using a collaborative coaching model.
• Differentiate training, consultation, and coaching supports based on readiness and identified needs.
• Assess the fidelity of classroom staff in using evidence-based practices and provide feedback for improvement.
• Design and deliver professional development and training workshops for teachers in collaboration with the project team.
• Support the development and implementation of train-the-trainer and capacity-building models for educators and staff.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with educators, coaches, and leadership to support planning and alignment.
• Contribute to needs assessments, implementation plans, and leadership presentations.
