Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Field-appropriate licensure or certification preferred.
• Two years of experience providing training or staff development preferred.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site coaching in early intervention and school contexts.
• Conduct assessments of instructional practices and implementation context.
• Develop and implement tiered behavioral and instructional strategies.
• Differentiate coaching supports based on readiness and needs.
• Assess fidelity and provide feedback for improvement.
• Design and deliver professional development workshops.
• Support train-the-trainer and capacity-building activities.
• Build collaborative relationships with educators and leadership.
• Contribute to needs assessments and implementation plans.
• Maintain project documentation and timelines.
• Provide coaching within CASSI or related programs.
• Apply relevant regulations related to special education.
