Education Technical Assistance Specialist will provide high quality training and technical assistance to early childhood care and education providers and teachers enrolled as participants in CASSI community programs and research studies. This role supports a multi-year, implementation science–driven initiative delivering tiered professional development, coaching, and consultation to strengthen classroom practice and build sustainable systems within public school systems. The incumbent will conduct classroom observations, identify professional development goals in collaboration with early childhood teachers, identify and deliver evidence-based strategies and interventions, provide consultation and coaching to teachers, deliver trainings and workshops, and evaluate program outcomes through assessment and progress monitoring. This position may take on additional responsibilities such as project coordination, material and resource development/preparation, and data coding and/or analysis.
Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Speech Language Pathology, Psychology, or a related education, allied health, or human services field required.
