Job summary

The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking an experienced Center Director / Co-Director to oversee operations and maintain program excellence across our classrooms.

Responsibilities include leading daily center operations, recruiting and coaching teaching teams, ensuring LEAP curriculum delivery, maintaining MA EEC licensing compliance, and driving enrollment growth while managing staffing, scheduling and budgets with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Director I and Director II certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years preschool leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts licensing regulations.

Center Director (Early Childhood Education) / Co-Director – Dedham

Location: The Learning Experience – Dedham, MA
Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
