New Creations Child Care and Learning Center LLC is seeking a Classroom Development Director to lead curriculum implementation and classroom growth while supporting the Site Director in daily operations at our Riverdale (Coon Rapids) location. The role emphasizes building quality education and mentoring staff.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years as a Lead Teacher or 2–3 years in leadership, with DCYF Rule 3 qualification and First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old and an Associate's Degree in a related field is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must be Teacher qualified under DCYF Rule 3 Standards. Official transcripts of all post-secondary work required.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Lead Teacher or two to three years of leadership experience in another career field preferred.
• State DHS background check and fingerprints shall determine that the applicant has not been convicted of a felony or has no criminal record that the commissioner reasonably believes renders the person unsuitable to be employed in a child care center.
• Certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid & CPR completed within 30 days of employment.
• Must complete all required DCYF Orientation Training on first day of employment
