New Creations Childcare & Learning Centers, Riverdale (Coon Rapids), MN, is seeking a Classroom Development Director to lead curriculum implementation and drive classroom growth while supporting daily operations with the Site Director.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years as a Lead Teacher or 2–3 years in a leadership role, DCYF qualifications, and a passion for early childhood education. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have an Associates Degree in a related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must be Teacher qualified under DCYF Rule 3 Standards; official transcripts of all post-secondary work required.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Lead Teacher or two to three years of leadership experience in another field preferred.
• State DHS background check and fingerprints required to determine suitability for employment in a child care center.
• Certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid & CPR completed within 30 days of employment.
• Must complete DCYF Orientation Training on first day of employment.
